Subsurface Scattering and Skin Bump Mapping

Previews (looks better in game):

I've been messing around with subsurface scattering, skin bump mapping, and specular lighting for an oiled up look :D
Do you think its an improvement over the old skin?  I'm still trying to tweak the SSS settings to make it look better.
